Nigerian kelechi Iheanacho In Legal Trouble

Kelechi Iheanacho in legal mess for signing up with two rival companies simultaneously.

Talented Nigerian and Manchester City attacker, Kelechi Iheanacho has found himself in a legal mess after signing for rival image management companies.

According to Sports Day, the 19-year-old Kelechi Iheanacho, signed a deal with Jonathan Barnett’s Stellar Football Limited, a management outfit that manages Real Madrid star, Gareth Bale despite having an existing deal with First Eleven Football Limited, a United States based agency owned by Henry Galeano.

A anonymous source disclosed to Sports Day that;

Kelechi Iheanacho’s football career may be heading for litigation and a possible FIFA sanction coming hard on him.

This is because the player has just signed an agency deal with Stellar Football Limited while he still has an existing contract with First Eleven Limited, an agency that has managed him since he was a teenager.

The truth of the matter is that First Eleven contract with Iheanacho did expired sometime this year but they immediately re-negotiated with him soon after he turned 18 years to have them represent him for another number of years including his image rights.

On talented Nigerian footballer on his part has denied the allegation. In a related development, Robert ‘Rob’ Zanicky, agent of Kelechi Iheanacho, has served a year’s probation after he pleaded to sexual assault of two teenage girls.
