Recruitment agency, The Learning Edge has launched a training to help job-seekers to be better positioned to get jobs. The training features CV design, interview questions and general career prep.

Lagos based training, consulting and recruitment agency, The Learning Edge Ltd has launched a two-day Free Career Readiness Coaching programme. The programme is targeted at both fresh and experienced graduates. It is expected to hold at the company’s Ikeja office.

According to the organizers, the programme will cover 3 core areas.

1. Online reputation management for career people.
2. How to Prepare for & Ace and Interviews.
3. How to Write & Format Winning CVs.

Candidates will learn the 7 Common Career Mistakes & How to Avoid Them. They will also learn the 40 Top Interview Questions and How to Answer Them, amongst other exciting topics. For more details on what will be covered in the course, follow the instructions below.

The programme is also expected to cover at least 40 tricky interview questions and how to answer them. According to The Learning Edge’s management, it is an answer to the great need for Nigerian graduates to be prepared to take up the available jobs in the country.

“We have jobs that sometimes take us up to a month to fill just because it’s difficult to find suitably qualified candidates for them,” says Kingsley Aigbona, a principal at The Learning Edge. “Unfortunately, a candidate’s suitability is first tested in just a few minutes of an interview. More often than not, they are not well prepared for the process.”

The session will be facilitated by Kingsley Aigbona.
