T B Joshua has reportedly bought the most expensive private jet amongst Nigerian pastors.
T B Joshua, the famous founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), has reportedly bought a very expensive private jet.
According to Sahara Reporters, the popular pastor bought Gulfstream G550 aircraft worth about $60million in April 2015 using the Bank of Utah trustee for the transaction.
News has it that the jet bought by T B Joshua is the most expensive aircraft owned by a Nigeria pastor (with David Oyedepo, Enoch Adeboye and Ayo Oritsejafor).
An insider in the church revealed that the jet was paid for by at least eight African heads of state in 2014.
However, T B Joshua has denied owing the jet. The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority on the other hand disclosed that the jet belonged to him.
This revelation is coming at a time when their are speculations that the federal government is marking plans to tax churches. This is meant to check the the excessive spending and financial recklessness by church owners.
