Asian Nation, South Korea, have started a new way of teaching its citizens ways on how to appreciate their lives.
South Korea has landed itself in the news for a not too good reason.
The country which has one of the highest suicide rates in the world, has started a new way they use in teaching people how to appreciate life.
Citizens who volunteer are shut inside coffins for about ten minutes.
Major Companies in the country have also started adapting this trend as they ask their workers to lie down in wooden coffins,then shut the lids.

The people who volunteered for the activity are asked to ‘play dead’ for around 10 minutes. Enclosed in darkness, they are left to contemplate the meaning of their existence.
Cho Yong-tae, a staff of one of the companies that have adopted the practice, told the BBC that the practice has helped him to try out a “new style of life.”
After the coffin experience, I realised I should try to live a new style of life. I’ve realised I’ve made lots of mistakes. I hope to be more passionate in all the work I do and spend more time with my family.
A mock funeral was reported a few weeks ago in the UK. In October, friends of a youngster named Keiran Cable held a sort of pretend funeral for him after he ditched them when he got a new girlfriend. They even made him attend.
