It is now 2 years since Paul Walker died. Porsche blames him for his own death while his daughter seeks redress.
Porsche has released a statement through its legal team that Paul Walker is responsible for his own death. This is following a suit filed by the late actor’s daughter, Meadow Rain Walker. She filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the luxury car brand recently according to TMZ. According to the suit, the Porsche Carrera GT does not have the required safety features to keep the occupants alive after the clash.
Porsche is blaming Paul Walker for allowing someone else to drive the car. They referred to him as a “knowledgeable and sophisticated user” of the car.
Recall that the American actor, Paul Walker died along side his friend, Roger Rodas, on 30th November, 2013. They died when the car was involved in a collision. Roger Rodas was the one driving. Meadow was only 16 years old then.
Last December, Paul Walker‘s estate had filed a suit of $2 million against Roger Roda‘s beneficiaries.
