Nollywood actor and producer, Femi Branch, has been charged to court.
Talented Nollywood actor, Femi Branch, is not having a good time at the moment.
The actor was recently charged to an Ikeja Magisatrate court for issuing a dud cheque in the sum of N1.5 million to De Santos Hotel in Ikeja.
According to report, the handsome Nollywood actor, had stayed at the hotel for a very long time and when it was time to pay his bills, paid with a dud cheque.
Upon confirming that the cheque was a dud cheque, the management of the hotel immediately reported the case to the police, which resulted in Femi being arrested and charged to court on the 20th of November, 2015.
After appearing in court, the Yoruba actor was granted bail in the sum of N500,00, on self recognition and has been remanded at the Kiriki Police Station until he is able o fulfill his bail requirements.
Femi Branch, who is married with two kids, has featured in scores of Nollywood movies to include, ‘Teni Benson, The Italian Job, Obinrin Ale,” to name a few.
