The heartless Boko Haram sect has written letters to the residents of Borno, inviting them to join the “Holy War” or face further attacks.
The ruthless Boko Haram group wrote threat letters to the residents of Borno State recently.
The threat letters purportedly written by Boko Haram were found in Sabon Gari village of Damboa Local Government Area of Borno State.
In the letters, found by local vigilante in Sabon Gari village, Boko Haram allegedly enjoined the residents of Borno to join in their “Holy War”. The heartless group threatened more attacks if the residents shuned the invitation.
The letters were discovered at at the scene of the explosion that killed over 50 people on a market day on Tuesday at Sabon Gari.
Wakil Modu, a vigilante member who spoke to journalists said, the threat letter purportedly written in ‘Hausa’ by the Islamic sect, Boko Haram urged the people that, fighting the cause of Allah is a holy business, which all who believe must wake up to join in the blessing of hereafter.
The Chadian President, Idriss Deby has warned the Nigerian government from negotiating with the terrorists group. He also claimed that Boko Haram is gradually dissipating. In spite of these, the ruthless group has continued to wreck havoc, especially in the North-East of Nigeria.
