R. Kelly Pleads Not Guilty in Court.

Embattled R&B singer, R.Kelly has pleaded not guilty of all the charges against as he appear before the court.  He has faced decades of sexual abuse claims without being convicted, and has also denied all previous allegations.

Wazobians reported that the 52-year-old singer turned himself in to Chicago authorities on Friday after an arrest warrant was issued. He is being tried for sexual assaults alleged to have happened since 1998. Reports have it that he met one of the four women at a restaurant on her 16th birthday, and another – who was also 16 – when she asked for his autograph.

Robert Kelly has been ordered by the court to surrender his passport and to have no contact with anyone under the age of 18. He was also ordered to pay a fine of $100,00 which he has struggled to pay to leave Cook County Jail.

Kelly’s court appearance and plea comes weeks after the documentary series Surviving R Kelly aired. It contained allegations of abuse from many women including the star’s former wife. He is scheduled to appear in court on 22nd of March, 2019.
