The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has revealed the reason why he refute his decision for his members not to vote. He had earlier on ordered IPOB Members to sit at home on the election date and not get involved in the election activity.
Speaking through his private radio station, Radio Biafra, in London, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu announced that he has made a U-turn on his decision in order to avoid bloodsed and destruction of properties in the South-Eastern part of Nigeria.
He went further to reveal that the authorities are planning to use South East as a testing ground for anarchy and war, as well as subject the people to untold hardship. So in a bid to avoid such occurrence, he has decided to change his decision. However, he made it known that the condition for the progress of his movement has been met.
Recall that some members of the Indigenous People of Biafra had a clash with the Imo State Police, leaving many injured and some missing. The leader as however called for the search of the missing bodies.
