Cesc Fabregas recieves his second Guinness World Record for fastest player to reach 100 Premier League assists.

The chelsea star and spanish midfielder has earned another spot in the 2019 Guinnness World Book of Records.

Among many things, Cesc Fabregas, is a world cup winner and two-time Premier league champion. He has earned yet another spot on the Guinness Book of Records after becoming the fastest player to reach 100 premier league assists.

Speaking on breaking yet another record, the footballer said;

“‘I’m not the fastest, I’m not the strongest, I’m not the most flexible, I don’t jump high,’ Fabregas said.

‘But to achieve this record in my career is one of the proudest things in my job, because it is my job and I did it well.”

The pass which gave him this recognizion was in a match between Chelsea and Stoke City on 31 December 2016. The assist from Fabregas set up another player, Willian, gave chelsea an advantage in the match, ending it with 4-2. This was his 293rd match and made him the record holder for the fastest time to achieve 100 assists in the league.

Cesc Fabregas became ths joint holder of “The most volley passes in 30 seconds by a pair” with 15 successful passes when he appeared alongside regular team captain , Jamie Redknapp.
