II-Year-Old Sheldon Gibbs is the world’s youngest CEO

Sheldon Gibbs, an 11-year-old boy has proved to the whole world that age is just a number when it comes to business and entrepreneurship

An 11-year-old boy in Buffalo, New York, has proven that it’s never too early for entrepreneurship as he is the CEO of his own clothing accessories company.

Shelden Gibbs founded his company, Classic Knots, last year when he was only 10 years old after noticing that there were limited designs of bowties in the market.

With the help of his mother, he personally designs and sews at least five bowties, neckties or matching handkerchiefs per day.

Shelden’s mother, Rhonda Woods, is teaching him to be patient:

I teach him the first couple of years, you won’t see this significant profit. But as long as your product is becoming better and your customers are happy, eventually your hard work will pay off.
